BlackShadows Kuwait Refund Policy
At BlackShadows, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made art pieces tailored to our customers' unique tastes. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy.
Refund Conditions:

Same-Day Cancellation:
- Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is made on the same day the order was placed and before we commence work on your art piece. Once the creation process begins, refunds are no longer possible.

Faulty Products:
- If your product is faulty due to an error or negligence on our part, such as damage during production or shipping, we will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Incorrect Orders:
- If we incorrectly process your order despite receiving clear and accurate instructions, we will take full responsibility. You will have the option to receive a full refund or have the order corrected at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Mirror Decor and Canvas Prints: Due to the personalized nature of our products, mirror decor and canvas prints are non-refundable except under the conditions mentioned above. Each piece is custom-made specifically for you, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Orders Paid Through Tabby (Installment App):
- Orders paid through Tabby are non-refundable. However, you may replace the product with another of the same value or a different product, provided you pay the difference if the new product is of higher value. This adjustment must be discussed and approved by the owner of BlackShadows.
