  • Custom Orders: All our products are custom-made to your specifications. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once production begins, changes to your order may not be possible.

  • Payments: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and installment payments through the Tabby app. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

  • Tabby Installments: Orders paid through Tabby are non-refundable. However, you may replace the product with another of the same value or a different product, provided you pay the difference if the new product is of higher value. This adjustment must be discussed and approved by the owner of BlackShadows.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.
